We take our service standards seriously and have KPIs around client service. This was recognised by Macquarie Private Wealth who approached us and have included Capital Fusion in their exclusive panel of mortgage brokers for their clients Australia wide.
We asked a customer survey company (Customer Return) to undertake a professional, independent analysis of our customers to ascertain their level of satisfaction with, and their likelihood to return and recommend Capital Fusion. The results are as follows:
